SAILING CHALLENGE

Sailing Challenge offers an exciting and unforgettable experience: it allows companies to entertain, stimulate and train both employees and customers using the sailboat and involving them in classic regattas, cruises, nautical tailored events, as well as prestigious national and international sailing events such as the America's Cup and Volvo Ocean Race.

o the Test Show Sailing Challenge brought ​​a brilliant and appreciated touch of its expertise. Based at the harbour of Viareggio, where it had docked two boats and an assistance raft used also as a jury boat, it let six groups of buyers, properly briefed and assisted by two skippers, challenge each other in "match race" regattas over the beautiful setting of the Versilia coast. The races were held all on flat water, moderate temperatures and light wind, which further challenged the crews because it made it more difficult to race.

Each regatta included a training session followed by the race itself, lasting about half an hour. At the end, a debriefing took place on the coaches taking everyone back to Florence.

Sailing Challenge has furthermore provided a special regatta reserved to the Italian trade associations on Saturday, November 12, with a nice debriefing session at The Club Cafè, the harbour’s boat club.
